CT chest axial cuts with sagittal and coronal reformatted images were done with no preparations. CT findings were bilateral ground-glass densities with septal thickening and peripheral predominance. Axial cuts CT interpretations suggestive of atypical viral pneumonia (COVID-19) (CORAD 5) with CT severity score = 11 (mild affection). By following the patient after 3 weeks, the symptoms became worse but no need for hospitalization (group B)
