Spearman’s correlation analysis showed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between OSA classification and BMI (rho = 0.248, p = 0.013), platelet level (rho = 0.233, p = 0.02), N/L ratio (rho = 0.224, p = 0.025), and P/L ratio (rho = 0.218, p = 0.03). No statistically significant correlation was detected between AHI and other parameters (p > 0.05) as age, neutrophile, lymphocyte, and RDW-CV%
